IT Product Manager – ERP Finance & Billing Systems
The Senior Product Manager will lead end-to-end product strategy, development, and delivery to drive business outcomes and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong ownership, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to translate business needs into clear product roadmaps. The Senior Product Manager will mentor junior PMs, collaborate with engineering and design teams, and act as the key bridge between stakeholders and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals.
- Translate high-level business requirements into detailed user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
- Lead the product lifecycle — from discovery, planning, and prioritization to delivery and post-launch analysis.
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, design, and operations teams to ensure high-quality product releases.
- Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross-functional reviews to maintain alignment and delivery velocity.
- Conduct market analysis, customer research, and competitor benchmarking to identify new opportunities.
- Define and monitor product success metrics (KPIs, adoption, NPS, ROI) and use data to guide decisions.
- Manage stakeholder expectations across departments including Sales, Operations, and Customer Support.
- Lead product demonstrations, customer presentations, and executive updates.
- Coach and mentor junior product managers and associate PMs on agile practices, documentation, and prioritization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline (MBA preferred).
- 5–8 years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS, logistics, or enterprise tech.
- Proven record of delivering successful digital products or platforms end-to-end.
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum product delivery frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.
- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, and product analytics platforms (Mixpanel, Power BI, etc.).
- Ability to balance business priorities with technical feasibility.
Preferred Skills
- Domain experience in logistics, shipping, customs integration, or supply chain digitalization.
- Technical understanding of APIs, integrations, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Data-driven approach with comfort in SQL, Excel, or BI tools.
- Experience managing B2B products or enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Exposure to UI/UX design process (Figma, Miro, etc.)
