Job description

Responsibilities

• Support in identifying user needs through interviews, workshops, and customer journey mapping.
• Translate business needs into product requirements, user stories, and wireframes.
• Collaborate with AI & IoT engineers during the design and development phase.
• Monitor project progress using Agile/Scrum methods; participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and reviews.
• Coordinate pilot testing and user feedback collection.
• Work with the Product Quality team on UAT preparation and success criteria.
• Assist in creating product documentation, manuals, and training materials for users.
• Track product performance and usage metrics across departments.
• Assist in measuring product maturity using internal adoption frameworks.
• Gather feedback and recommend improvements for higher adoption.
• Conduct benchmarking and research on new AI & IoT trends applicable to telco infrastructure.
• Support senior team members in preparing concept notes or feasibility studies for new initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in product, business analysis, or project coordination (fresh graduates with relevant experience are welcome).
• Understanding of product management frameworks (Design Thinking, Agile, Lean).
• Strong interest or experience in Artificial Intelligence or Internet of Things (IoT).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
