Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in IT Outsourcing / Staffing / Recruitment / Training / BPO / Managed Services.
• Experience leading teams of 15–30+ people.
• 3–5 years hands-on IT experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a multi-functional team across various functions.
• Oversee operational delivery of IT outsourcing and talent solutions.
• Lead recruitment strategy for IT roles.
• Partner with Sales teams to secure new business opportunities.
• Own and manage the Business Unit P&L.
