The ideal candidate has at least 8 years of experience, preferably within banking or financial services, and is willing to work in rotating shifts for optimal operation.

• Help prevent future problems by analyzing incidents.
• Keep records of all operations and incidents.
• Support disaster recovery and business continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years in network or IT operations.
• Experience in banking or financial services is a plus.
• Leadership experience is required.
• Knowledge of networks, servers, and monitoring tools
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willing to work night and weekend shifts.

Preferred

• Certifications like CCNA, ITIL, or similar
• Experience with financial systems or compliance
