As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and compliance of our IT systems that support digital financial transactions. This role plays a critical part in maintaining system availability, managing integrations with banks and partners, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and security standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with company policies and business objectives.
- Manage IT architecture and infrastructure for digital financial transaction systems, including system security, high availability, and scalability.
- Ensure compliance with Bank Indonesia (BI), OJK regulations, and international standards related to payment and remittance systems.
- Oversee API integrations with banks, e-wallets, and third-party business partners.
- Ensure availability and completeness of system documentation.
- Ensure the reliability and availability of IT networks, systems, and hardware.
- Lead and coordinate IT teams to ensure effective implementation and monitoring of IT initiatives.
- Act as the main point of contact during system audits and regulatory reviews.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Prior experience in fintech, banking, payment gateway, remittance, or digital financial services is highly preferred.
- Familiar with IT security and compliance standards such as PCI DSS and ISO 27001, as well as BI and OJK regulations.
- Strong understanding of payment system architecture and large-scale financial transaction processing.
- Experience managing API integrations with banks, e-wallets, or third-party systems.
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
- Technical background with hands-on knowledge of PHP, Java, or Golang; familiar with MySQL databases.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
