Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of IT Head or Manager experiences.

Job description

• Design and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage IT infrastructure (networks, servers, cloud, and data security).
• Oversee GDS & airline/ticketing systems to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop and optimize booking platforms, websites, mobile apps, and API integrations.
• Implement cybersecurity measures and handle system upgrades.
• Lead and mentor the IT team while coordinating with vendors and airline partners.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of IT Head or Manager experiences (travel, airline, or e-commerce preferred)
• Strong expertise in GDS systems and ticketing technologies.
• Experience with CRM, ERP, Online Reservation Platforms & API integrations.
• Solid knowledge and technical understanding of Hardware, Software, Networks, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing & Data Analytics.
