You will support the end-to-end process for investment management modules, analyze business requirements, and provide user training. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant ERP certifications are a plus.

Minimum 2 years of experience in ERP module implementation, configuration, and support, especially in investment management or project-related modules.

Proficiency in any major ERP system (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, Infor, or similar), particularly in modules related to project systems, investment planning, budgeting, and reporting.

Strong understanding of investment management principles, financial analysis, and project accounting concepts.

Experience working in the plantation or agribusiness industry is an advantage.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end ERP implementation, configuration, testing, and rollout for investment management and project-related modules.
• Analyze business processes and translate requirements into functional specifications.
• Coordinate with users to gather requirements, resolve issues, and provide system guidance or training.
• Perform system troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution of ERP-related problems.
• Work closely with IT, Finance, and Project teams to optimize workflows, reporting, and system integration.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including SOPs, user guidelines, and configuration records.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance ERP performance and user experience.
