Job description
  • Maintain and support all hotel IT systems including PMS (e.g., VHP), POS, back‑office systems, guest internet access, and email.
  • Monitor network infrastructure performance and ensure high availability.
  • Manage server environment, storage, backups, and disaster recovery systems.
  • Act as the first point of contact for IT‑related issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Escalate critical issues to vendors or corporate IT support when needed.
  • Ensure all systems comply with corporate policies, local regulations, and data privacy laws (e.g., PDPA or GDPR).
  • Implement cybersecurity best practices, including firewalls, antivirus, software updates, and data encryption.
  • Conduct regular audits of system access and usage.
  • Lead the installation and upgrade of systems or hardware.
  • Support renovation tech setup.
  • Prepare the IT budget and monitor expenditures.
  • Evaluate and recommend hardware/software purchases.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets.
  • Train hotel staff on the proper use of IT systems and software.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date IT documentation, SOPs, network diagrams, and manuals.
Requirements
  • S1 Bachelor in IT, Computer Science.
  • Min 3 – 5 years IT work experience.
  • Familiar with hotel systems (PMS, POS, accounting systems, booking engines, etc.), network infrastructure, firewalls, switches, wireless APs and Microsoft environments.
