A leading ICT solutions provider in Indonesia seeks a skilled account manager to develop and manage business opportunities with enterprise clients. This role requires a strong background in IT hardware sales, technical account management, and excellent communication skills. The candidate will be responsible for building relationships, understanding client needs, and presenting tailored IT solutions. A bachelor's degree in a related field and 3-5 years of relevant experience are essential. Commissional opportunities enhance the role's attractiveness.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within enterprise accounts.
Identify, develop, and manage business opportunities with enterprise clients for IT hardware products.
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise accounts, understanding their IT infrastructure, strategic objectives, and technical requirements.
Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to fully uncover client needs, pain points, and business priorities.
Present, demonstrate, and explain IT hardware solutions in a way that aligns with enterprise business objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, support, operations, and product management) to ensure smooth deployment of solutions for enterprise clients.
Develop account strategies, forecast sales, and ensure targets for enterprise clients are achieved or exceeded.
Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to provide strategic recommendations to enterprise clients.

Bachelor’s degree in Science / Technology / Engineering / Mathematics.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT hardware sales, pre-sales, or technical account management, preferably with enterprise clients.
Strong understanding of IT hardware solutions (servers, networking devices, storage, workstations, etc.).
Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles in enterprise accounts.
Strong analytical skills to assess enterprise client needs and propose appropriate solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Customer-focused, self-motivated, and results-driven.
