Job description
  • Manage the day-to-day execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring all projecttimelines and deliverables are met.
  • Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure a consistent brand message is delivered across all channels.
  • Drive operational excellence by ensuring marketing activities are executed efficiently and on schedule.
  • Manage Partnership Marketing Activities
    • Serve as the main point of contact for external marketing partners, handling day-to-day communication and coordination.
    • Support the manager in acquiring new partners by preparing presentations, collecting necessary data, and assisting in contract finalization.
    • Ensure the successful activation of co-marketing campaigns by overseeing asset delivery, campaign launch, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor and Report on Campaign Performance
    • Collect, track, and analyze key marketing metrics and KPIs on a regular basis.
    • Create clear and concise performance reports for the manager, highlighting key findings, results, and actionable insights.
    • Proactively identify issues and suggest solutions to optimize campaign performance and improve the cost-to-result ratio.
  • Facilitate Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Act as a project coordinator, facilitating communication between the marketing team and other departments, such as Product, Creative, and Digital.
    • Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on project goals and have the information they need to contribute effectively.
    • Organize and lead project status meetings, documenting action items and key decisions.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years experience in any fields with min. 2 years at junior supervisor position
  • Strong business strategy analysis, able to provide holistic, well-grounded, and objective business strategies based on market research, user research, data analysis, and expert assessment
  • Demonstrate a strong analytical and quantitative aptitude, strong experience in excel modeling
  • Excellent structured expression and logical thinking skills, strong in identifying business priorities and making sound judgements, high data sensitivity
  • Demonstrate solid project management skillset: handling and juggling multiple processes at once across different topics, functions and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in English. Exhibit excellent communication (written and verbal) and organization skills, with the ability to handle ambiguity and structure complex issues to derive insights.
  • Self-starter attitude : ability to initiate and drive complex analysis to completion with minimal guidance, while synthesizing and communicating insights effectively.
