Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional project teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of manufacturing projects, ensuring alignment with the overall strategic goals of the project deliverable.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, proactively managing resources following the stage gate of the project (open, select, do, implement, produce, sell and close) and timelines to mitigate risks and ensure successful outcomes.
  • Coordinate with all stakeholders (delivery and receiving plant, LOB and global deployment) to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables, ensuring clarity and accountability among all stakeholders. Implement and monitor project performance metrics, leveraging data to drive continuous improvement and optimize project efficiency.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings with stakeholders, providing updates on progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle, fostering a culture of quality, safety and competitiveness of the project.
  • Establish metrics for project performance, tracking progress and providing regular updates to stakeholders on status, challenges, and outcomes. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, by proactively addressing the escalation process to higher level to unlock the issues.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in project management within a manufacturing environment, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making. A proactive and results oriented mindset.
  • Bachelor degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering.
  • Having at least 2 (two) years experience in project management.
  • Strong background in procurement.
  • Able to communicate with all levels and departments, and demonstrate leadership skills to drive for excellent quality performance.
  • Must be able to work independently and with sales engineers and operational engineers.
  • Good in project administration and filing. Interest in administration job.
  • Interpersonal skills are essential, with the ability to multitask and work with teams or groups.
  • Be inventive and resilient.
