A leading food company in Jakarta Timur is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Supervisor to manage compliance with labor laws and policies. The role involves overseeing grievance procedures, negotiating contracts, and providing legal advice. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and have a minimum of 5 years in an employee relations role. Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and dispute resolution processes is essential. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies across all regions.
Manage employee and industrial relations, including dispute mediation and engagement with unions and authorities.
Oversee grievance procedures and workplace issue resolution, ensuring fairness and compliance.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts.
Provide legal opinions and mitigate risks through sound advice and documentation.
Coordinate and manage disputes, investigations, and litigation when require.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align HR initiatives.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging work culture.
Responsible for employee engagement programme and employee activity (ex: Corporate Anniversary, Breaking Fasting, Independence Day, etc).
Responsible for implementing company's values to employee activity.
