Responsibilities

• Supporting distributors’ sales and marketing activities
• Reviewing enquiries and providing quotations
• Reviewing orders, contracts, Letter of Credit and processing orders
• Monitoring Quotations, Orders and Projects
• Following up on outstanding payments from distributors and customers
• Giving basic presentations on the company and products to a variety of audiences in various formats (e.g., formal/informal tendering, sales presentations, product training, etc.)
• Involving in sales development and strategy planning
• Maintaining the Customer Master Data in CRM and SAP
• Monitoring Hit Rate Report, End User of distributor and discount level
• Ensuring a smooth sales process
• Communicating & working together with other divisions
• Other tasks assigned by immediate superior as deemed fit
