Job summary

A leading manufacturing company is seeking a talented IPQC to join our dynamic team in Batam, Riau Islands. The ideal candidate will ensure safety and compliance in the working station, perform inspections to meet product quality specifications, and provide timely feedback on non-conformities. Minimum High School diploma and 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in Cigarette Manufacturing, are required. This role will involve working shifts, and familiarity with measuring equipment is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as IPQC in manufacturing, preferable from Cigarette Manufacturing.
• Preferable have experience in the tobacco in-Process inspection.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and 5S compliance in working station.
• Perform First Article Inspection and In-Process inspection to ensure product quality compliance with product specifications.
• Provide feedback on non-conformities during inspection.

Job description

PT JINJIA NGP INDONESIA is seeking a talented IPQC to join our dynamic team in Batam Riau Islands.

What you’ll be doing

Ensure safety and 5S compliance in working station.

Ensure operation at assigned process are in accordance with SOP.

Perform First Article Inspection and In-Process inspection to ensure product quality compliance with product specifications.

Ensure material compliance with specification in his/ her respective process.

Perform visual and physical inspections during in-Process to ensure product quality meets the specifications.

Perform production line patrols to ensure product quality compliance with product specifications.

Timely feedback non-conformities finding during inspection to production leader and QC leader/ supervisor.

Other work and task assigned by QC leader/ supervisor.

What we’re looking for

Minimum High School.

Min 2 years of experience as IPQC in manufacturing, preferable from Cigarette Manufacturing.

Familiar with measuring equipment (digimatic caliper, micrometer, analytic balance, moisture analyzer. pin gauge).

Willing to work in shift.

Basic computer skill (Ms. Excel).

Preferable a smoker.

Preferable have experience in the tobacco in-Process inspection.
