Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Import Senior Staff with strong experience in import operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth movement of goods across borders, while optimizing supply chain efficiency, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.

Ideal candidates will have a solid understanding of international trade regulations, logistics coordination, and supply chain best practices, particularly in fast-paced industries like FMCG, BEAUTY or e-commerce.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end import processes, including documentation, customs clearance, and shipment tracking.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and government agencies to ensure timely delivery.
• Checking Shipping documents (Bill of lading, Invoice, Packing list, ROO, Etc).
• Ensure full compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records for audits, licenses, and reporting.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify improvement opportunities and cost-saving initiatives.
• Scheduling delivery container from port to warehouse.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in import operations.
• Experienced in the beauty, skincare, and FMCG industries.
• Hands-on experience with inventory control, warehouse processes, and international logistics coordination.
• Familiarity with customs regulations, incoterms, shipping documentation, and HS codes.
• Proven ability to coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping agents, and customs brokers.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
