Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead HVAC technicians and subcontractors in performing maintenance and repair activities.
• Oversee the installation and commissioning of HVAC equipment.
• Plan, schedule, and allocate work orders to ensure minimal downtime and efficient operations.
• Verify that installations meet design specifications, quality standards, and industry codes.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Manage HVAC spare parts and consumable inventory.
• Ensure compliance with company HSE policies, local regulations, and industry standards.
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and equipment history.
• Prepare technical reports, performance analysis, and recommendations for system improvements.
