Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university (minimum GPA 3.00)
• Minimum 8 years of experience as an HR Generalist with strong exposure in recruitment
• Proven experience handling end-to-end recruitment, especially for Senior-level roles
• Hands‑on experience in employee administration, onboarding/offboarding, and HR documentation
• Good understanding of HR policies, procedures, and basic labor regulations
• Experience supporting employee relations and coordination with line managers
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Detail‑oriented, organized, mature, with strong analytical and result‑driven mindset
