The Human Resources Manager supports the Human Resources Leaders in planning, directing, and coordinating all aspects of the Human Resources function. The Human Resources Manager supports the HR leadership team in overseeing all aspects of the HR function, ensuring alignment with business goals and the Human Resources Business Plan.

We are seeking a candidate with strong integrity, sound judgment, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.

Summary of responsibilities:

  • Supervise and guide a diverse HR team, ensuring high performance in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
  • Deliver clear, professional communication across all levels, including reports, presentations, and interpersonal interactions.
  • Execute strategic HR initiatives with creativity and strong problem-solving skills to support business goals.
  • Oversee core HR functions, including employee relations, HRIS, performance management, and compliance.
  • Drive HR operational excellence in line with company policies, labor laws, and local regulations—especially within the Bali context.
  • Collaborate with leadership on organization development, succession planning, and employee engagement strategies.
  • Support a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement within the HR team
  • Perform other duties that are assigned as necessary

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years in HR, including experience in a managerial role at a 5-star luxury resort or cluster HR setting
  • Solid working experience in Bali is a strong advantage
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal communication
  • Proven ability to lead a diverse Human Resources team in a dynamic and fast-changing environment
  • A solid background in Human Resources Operations.
  • Demonstrates a high level of creativity and initiative in developing strategic and practical approaches to human resources challenges.
  • Holds at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources and Psychology, or other relevant fields.
