Overview

The Human Resources Manager will report to the General Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions for Safari Wonders. This role will manage HR operations across all Safari Wonders outlets in Taman Safari Indonesia, ensuring alignment with business objectives, compliance with labor regulations, and the development of a strong and engaged workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, systems, and policies aligned with Safari Wonders’ vision, goals, and retail industry standards.
  • Ensure all HR practices and systems comply with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.
  • Plan workforce needs and lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent.
  • Oversee employee engagement initiatives, performance management systems, and succession planning.
  • Identify training and development needs, organize programs, and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Provide strategic insights to management by analyzing HR data, trends, and metrics.
  • Manage HR administration, including employee records, payroll, and HRIS usage.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution fairly and effectively.
  • Supervise HR and General Affairs budgeting to align with corporate financial planning.
  • Advise management on labor issues and support cross-functional departments with HR expertise.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Law, or related fields.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in HR management, preferably in retail or hospitality.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Certified in HR (e.g., BNSP HR) and K3 (Occupational Health & Safety) is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • High emotional intelligence with a people-oriented, ethical, and results-driven approach.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Willing to travel to all business units as needed.
