A local HR consulting firm in Yogyakarta is seeking an HRBP to manage recruitment, employee lifecycle, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree, at least 2 years of experience, and be familiar with the digital industry and HR tools like Google workspace and Talenta HRIS. The position requires strong English communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.
