Job summary

A manufacturing company is seeking an HR professional to manage the recruitment process, establish a performance appraisal system, and handle employee relations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree and 3-5 years of HR experience, with good English and Chinese skills. Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or renewable energy is a plus. The position is based in Klapanunggal, Bogor.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment process based on department needs.
• Formulate training plans and improve the training system.
• Establish a complete performance appraisal system.
• Track and manage employee transfers and documentation.
• Handle employee relations, labor disputes, and arbitrations.
