  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology / Management / Law or related fields
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR
  • Solid knowledge of recruitment, employee administration, attendance, payroll, and labor regulations
  • Strong communication skills, integrity with confidential information, detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work in a team
  • Proficient in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with HR software and applications is a plus
  • Must own a personal vehicle
Responsibilities
  • Handle recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding)
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR database
  • Monitor attendance, leave, overtime, and HR administration
  • Assist in payroll and BPJS
  • Support employee training, disciplinary actions and performance evaluation
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
  • Coordinate HR reports and provide administrative support to management
