Job description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resource Officer to manage daily HR operations, recruitment, payroll, and employee relations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws who is passionate about supporting people and building effective workplace practices.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to onboarding.

Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.

Handle payroll administration, BPJS, tax reporting, and statutory compliance.

Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Coordinate employee training, performance reviews, and development programs.

Provide advice and support to employees and managers on HR matters.

Assist in employee engagement, retention, and company culture initiatives.

Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in financial services, fintech, or technology sectors.

Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.

Experience with payroll systems and HRIS is an advantage.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia, English, and Chinese (spoken).
