Overview

Translate Vision to Action: Convert Management’s strategic directives into clear, actionable tasks and policies for the local staff. Ensure no message is lost in translation.

Gap Analysis: Proactively identify gaps between Management’s expectations and local execution realities. Provide solutions, not just reports.

Cultural Mediator: Bridge the gap between International Management standards and local work culture. Help the team adapt to a high-performance environment.

Legal Compliance & Industrial Relations

Risk Management: Ensure 100% compliance with Indonesian Labor Laws (UU Cipta Kerja / Omnibus Law) to protect the company from legal and financial risks.

Conflict Resolution: Handle sensitive issues (termination/PHK, warnings/SP, contract non-renewals) professionally, firmly, and legally.

Performance & Team Management

Drive Results: Implement KPIs that align with business profit goals. Monitor team discipline and attendance strictly.

Talent Management: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process and manage the employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding).

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with a proven track record of working directly with Management or Business Owners.

English (Professional Proficiency) is MANDATORY and Mandarin is a plus.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Psychology, or Management. (Law background preferred).

Mindset: Result-oriented, resilient, and able to balance being an employee advocate while firmly representing the Company’s interests.
