Job description

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Safety, Health, or related field.

HSE certifications (AK3 Umum & TKBT) preferred.

At least 3 years of experience in HSE project management in construction or security systems.

Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and risk assessment procedures.

Proficient in conducting inspections, audits, and incident investigations.

Ability to develop and deliver HSE training.

Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Willing to be placed in Cikarang.

English proficiency is a plus.
