General Requirements :

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry

Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices in Indonesia

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

Fluent in English, both spoken and written

Positive attitude, well-organized, and detail-oriented

Additional Qualifications :
