Job Description
  • Responsible for assisting and providing support in the various HR functions on a daily basis which includes recruitment, industrial relation & general affair, training development, compensation and benefit and performance management
  • Ensuring and improving the effective utilization of each HR procedures (recruitment, placement, training development, compensation and benefit)
  • Assist in administering benefits, compensation, and employee performance programs
  • Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
  • Process, verify and maintain documentation relating to HR activities such as staffing, training and performance evaluations
