Job summary

Qualifications

• More than 10 years in HR/GA management, preferably in Japanese Manufacturing.
• Experience handling union negotiations and labor disputes.
• Ability to create and evaluate HR systems and compliance structures.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR, GA, Environment, Safety, and Health Management.
• Handle negotiations with labor unions.
• Review salary tables, allowances, and HR evaluations.
• Create yearly, quarterly, and monthly management plans.
• Present reports related to business targets.

Job Requirements

S1 from any major

Have working experience at Japanese Manufacturing Company as HR/GA Manager or Dep Head more than 10 years

Have experience to handle Union & IR

• Proven track record in negotiating with labor unions and dealing with labor-management disputes.
• Ability to negotiate in accordance with labor law and build trusting relationships with employees.
• Ability to smoothly conduct regular consultations and negotiations with unions and prevent disputes before they arise

Able to understand Japanese Company management and reporting system.

Have excellent knowledge of labor and business law.

Have experience to building organization, HR system and evaluation system.

Ability to carry out business in accordance with compliance

Willing to be placed in Tangerang, Banten

Able to join immediately is preferred
