Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee HRGA functions of the company.
• Liaise between management and the labor union.
• Lead collective bargaining negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and agreements.
• Develop and implement IR strategies.
• Support organizational development initiatives.
• Develop HR policies and SOPs.
