About the role

Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, this full-time Manager HRBP and Operation position based in Klaten, Central Java, will play a pivotal role in supporting the strategic HR objectives of PT INTAN PARIWARA GROUP. As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for providing HR business partnership expertise and overseeing day-to-day HR operations.

What you\'ll be doing

Serve as a strategic HR business partner to key stakeholders, offering guidance and solutions to support the organisation\'s goals

Oversee the full employee life cycle, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations

Develop and implement HR policies, processes and initiatives that drive employee engagement and organisational effectiveness

Lead HR projects and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and the employee experience

Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent application of HR practices across the organisation

What we\'re looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in a HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role, HR Manager and preferably within a medium-to-large organisation

Minimum education: Bachelor\'s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or a related field

Strong understanding of Indonesian employment laws and HR best practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels

Proven track record in leading HR projects and implementing effective HR solutions

Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform HR decisions
