About the role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to join our team at PT Kahar Duta Sarana, a fast-growing company in Jakarta Timur, Jakarta Raya. As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the organisation's people strategy and shaping the employee experience. This is a full-time position that offers excellent opportunities for career growth and development.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Lead end-to-end HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and talent development.
  • Design organizational structure, drive culture transformation, and manage succession planning.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, Omnibus Law, and internal HR policies.
  • Handle industrial relations and legal employment matters.
  • Oversee compensation & benefits, payroll, BPJS, and tax (PPh 21).
  • Manage General Affairs functions including facilities, security, and vendor coordination.
  • Support ISO certification and audits, maintaining HR documentation and legal compliance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resource Management, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience as an HRD Manager
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR aspects, including Organization Development, Legal, and General Affairs.
  • Strong understanding of labor regulations, ISO standards, and organizational development principles.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, results-oriented, and able to work cross-functionally.
