Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify training needs based on organization needs, competency gaps, and level/grade requirements
  • Design training materials, modules, measuring effectiveness of training, documentation as needed
  • Develop annual training plans and manage annual budget
  • Manage both internal and external training programs
  • Build and maintain relationships with external training providers and vendors
  • Support career development, talent management, and competency‑building initiatives within the organization
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment of training programs with business needs
