Job Description
  • Identify skill gaps and create impactful training programs tailored to business needs and future industry trends.
  • Develop interactive materials using e-learning, gamification, and digital training platforms.
  • Conduct hands-on workshops, leadership development programs, and 1:1 coaching to enhance performance.
  • Ensure new hires transition smoothly through structured onboarding and culture integration programs.
Requirement
  • Bachelors Degree in HR, Education, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in training & development, preferably in Retail or FMCG.
  • Strong expertise in learning design, instructional systems (ADDIE model), and training needs analysis.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Canva, and video editing tools (VN, CapCut, Movie Editor) for engaging training content.
  • Hands-on experience with LMS platforms, virtual training tools (Google Meet, Zoom), and AI-driven learning solutions.
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills with a people-first approach.
