Our client is a Japanese Manufacturing Company. Currently, they are looking for an HR Training & Development Specialist.

Job Responsibilities
  • Identify training needs based on performance evaluations, competency gaps, and departmental requirements.
  • Develop annual training plans and manage both internal and external training programs.
  • Design training materials, modules, and documentation as needed.
  • Conduct post-training evaluations to measure effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external training providers and vendors.
  • Support career development, talent management, and competency-building initiatives within the organization.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment of training programs with business needs.
  • Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Has 2 years of experience as HR Training & Development from a Manufacturing company.
  • Business English proficiency.
