Job description
Responsibilities

Administer and analyze budget utilization and give recommendation to manager about how to ensure optimal usage.

Updating The Organizational Structure due to employee movements such as rotation, transfer, promotion, demotion, or changes in The Organizational Structure.

Draft HR policies, procedures, and work instruction, periodically reviewing to ensure they are in line with current conditions.

Implementation of Talent Development for employees, such as Individual Development Plans (IDPs), talent card for employees, and program related.

Facilitating the creation and updating of job descriptions of all positions.

Responsible for implementing the food safety management system within the HR department, including updating procedures and work instructions.

Organizing implementation of new employee onboarding program.

Check up and monitoring on administrative duties, such as yearly medical check-up, processing death/birth, and other employees’ benefits.

Requirements
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major, preferably graduates in Psychology/Human Resource Management or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR.
  • Able to work in a team and possess good communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
