Job Description:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions. Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation, training, and exit interviews. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Handle employee relations issues, such as grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions, in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Develop and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
  • Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development planning.
Job Requirements:
  • Min Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources from reputable university
  • Proven experience as an HR Lead/Spv or in a similar HR role, with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
