  • Manage performance management cycle including but not limited to MPP, people review, talent identification & succession planning
  • Ensure effective performance management to drive continuous improvement and ensure achievement of organizational goals.
  • Optimize workforce deployment strategies to support business growth.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies to minimize legal risks and maintain a fair, compliant workplace.
  • Maintain strategic project progress and monthly management report update
  • Develop and implement monitoring systems to strengthen compliance and foster a culture of accountability across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a generalist or specialist HR role
  • Proficiency in translating business strategy into visual deck
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
