Responsibilities include recruitment, payroll management, employee relations, and fostering a positive work environment. Strategic HR Management : Implement sound HR practices and decisions in collaboration with department heads, ensuring alignment with business strategies and industry best practices.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition : Lead and finalize recruitment processes, particularly for managerial-level positions.
Policy & Compliance Administration : Administer and enforce HR policies and procedures that support organizational needs while maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Onboarding & Orientation : Conduct new hire onboarding, including orientation programs, induction training, and communication of HR policies, procedures, and expectations.
Payroll Management : Oversee timely and accurate monthly payroll processing for all business entities under Mega Lifesciences Indonesia.
Performance & Employee Relations : Support department heads in evaluating performance, mediating disputes, and implementing improvement plans to ensure a fair and effective workplace.
Labor Relations : Manage union-related matters including handling grievances, negotiations, and administration of labor agreements.
Organizational Development : Develop and align departmental goals with company vision; streamline HR processes, evaluate compensation structures, and assist in budget planning.
Compliance & Risk Management : Ensure full adherence to all federal, state, and local labor laws and statutory requirements.
Employee Engagement & Communication : Promote a harmonious work environment through effective internal communication and prompt resolution of employee concerns, grievances, and misconduct issues.
