Job Description
  • Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, screening, and interviews
  • Develop and maintain relationships with universities, industry organizations, and recruitment agencies
  • Design and execute competency-based assessments to ensure candidate suitability
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored talent acquisition solutions.
  • Oversee onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires
Requirement
  • Bachelors degree in Pyschology / Human Resources, Min GPA 3.00
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR fields especially recruitments, talent acquisition, employer branding, or talent management
  • Strong knowledge of assessment tools and talent evaluation techniques
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of diversity and inclusion recruitment strategies
