The working venue is in Bekasi & Tangerang. Our client is a Japanese manufacturing company. They are looking for an HR & Operation General Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Lead and manage daily manufacturing operations to ensure productivity, quality, and safety standards are met.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Oversee supply chain, production planning, inventory control, and logistics.
  • Monitor KPIs and operational metrics; prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, training, and employee development programs.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems, succession planning, and organizational development.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Foster a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
