The working venue is in Bekasi & Tangerang. Our client is a Japanese manufacturing company. They are looking for an HR & Operation General Manager.
Responsibilities
- Operations Management: Lead and manage daily manufacturing operations to ensure productivity, quality, and safety standards are met.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Oversee supply chain, production planning, inventory control, and logistics.
- Monitor KPIs and operational metrics; prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, training, and employee development programs.
- Manage performance appraisal systems, succession planning, and organizational development.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Foster a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations and HR leadership roles.
- Have 3-5 years of experience as director position in Japanese company or MNC company.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven track record in managing cross-functional teams and multiple companies to drive operational excellence.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
