What You Will Do:
  • Manage employee data (database, employment contracts, and personal documents).
  • Ensure the accuracy and updates of employee data in the HRIS system.
  • Prepare and process administrative documents related to onboarding, promotion, transfer, and offboarding.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
  • Administer employee benefits, such as BPJS, insurance, leave, and allowances.
  • Prepare regular reports on attendance, turnover, payroll, and other KPIs.
What You Will Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Psychology, Law, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Experience with HRIS systems.
  • Effective communication skills for collaborating with employees and related teams.
  • Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
  • High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of employee data.
