HR Officer - Manufacture - Karawang (C-123511)
Our client is a multinational manufacturing company. Currently, they are looking for an HR Officer.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Oversee the annual training program, including monitoring and evaluation.
- Administer expatriate permits and license management.
- Promote employee participation in the suggestion system.
- Provide coaching and counseling to employees to enhance productivity.
- Participate in industrial relations activities.
- Implement and maintain management systems (QMS ISO 9001, EMS 14001, and SMK3).
- Support the employee performance appraisal process.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Other responsibilities as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor\'s degree in Psychology.
- Min. High Conversational English proficiency (to communicate to expatriates).
- Min. 3 years as HR handling recruitment and organizational development in a manufacturing company.
- Familiar with QMS ISO 9001, EMS 14001 & SMK3, labor law, and psychological tests.
- Detail oriented, with integrity, good communication, hard working, adaptable, and good multitasking skills.
