Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and monthly payroll.
Prepare, validate, and submit payroll data (manual calculation via Excel; no HRIS yet).
Support and oversee the migration process to a new payroll platform, while maintaining manual Excel payroll as requested by internal stakeholders.
Handle HR processes for freelance medical professionals (doctors & nurses) including contract flow and admin coordination.
Maintain accurate employee data for ~150 employees across departments.
Work closely with the CFO as direct reporting line; dotted‑line support to the CEO.
Develop HR processes, SOPs, and operational frameworks from scratch to support company growth.
Provide HR advisory to management on people‑related matters.
Min. 5 years of HR Generalist/HR Operations experience.
Strong background working in growing companies, startups, or environments with minimal structure.
Comfortable building HR processes from scratch.
Hands‑on experience in manual payroll, Excel‑based calculations, and HR administration.
Experience managing freelance/contract workforce is highly preferred.
Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus.
Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with senior leadership.
Must be willing to work fully onsite in Central Jakarta.
