Adecco is currently collaborating with one of the largest shipyard companies in their search for a talented HR Manager to join their team in Medan.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage employee benefits administration, including BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, and private insurance programs.
- Supervise and control processes related to business trips, overtime (lembur), attendance, and leave management.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data management in HR systems (HRIS) and personnel files.
- Develop and implement policies, SOPs, and reporting systems to support HR operational efficiency and compliance.
- Coordinate with finance, payroll, and other departments to ensure smooth HR operations and timely processing of employee entitlements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in HR Operations, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of BPJS, insurance administration, attendance systems, and HRIS.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Placement in Medan, North Sumatera.
