Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across different levels.
- Collaborate on employer branding initiatives.
- Ensure smooth onboarding to support employee integration.
- Employee Relations
- Serve as the main point of contact for employee-related matters.
- Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions in compliance with labor law.
- Initiate and drive employee engagement and culture programs.
- Performance & Development
- Implement and monitor performance management systems (KPI, OKR, etc.).
- Partner with managers to identify training and development needs.
- Support career development and succession planning initiatives.
- Compensation & Benefit
- Oversee payroll administration and employee benefits.
- Provide recommendations on salary structures and market benchmarking.
- Ensure compliance with labor law and tax regulations.
- HR Policy & Compliance
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor law and internal regulations.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for management.
- Strategic HR Support
- Deliver insights from HR metrics and workforce analytics.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resources Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist.
- Proven track record across multiple HR functions (recruitment, C&B, employee relations, performance management).
Skills & Competencies
