In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations across multiple regions.
Experience in driving employee engagement, cultural development, and organizational transformation.
Skilled in managing HR operations, systems, and reporting across diverse business units.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
12–15+ years of HR experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Solid background in multi-industry or conglomerate environments.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
