HR Assistant Manager - Manufacturing - Cikarang
Our client is a Japanese Manufacturing company. Currently, they are looking for HR Assistant Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the HRGA division, ensuring all HR, administrative, and general affairs activities are carried out effectively and efficiently.
- Develop and implement HRGA policies and procedures that support the organization's goals and comply with legal regulations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure HRGA initiatives are aligned with operational needs.
- Serve as a key advisor to top management on employment laws, labor regulations, and HR-related risk mitigation.
- Proactively monitor changes in labor legislation and recommend necessary policy adjustments to ensure full legal compliance.
- Supervise the end-to-end payroll process to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with applicable tax and labor regulations.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from manpower planning and job posting to selection and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department leaders to identify current and future talent needs.
- Act as the main liaison between the company and labor unions, maintaining a positive and constructive relationship.
- Design, implement, and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for HRGA.
- Oversee General Affairs activities including office maintenance, facility management, company assets, and occupational health and safety programs.
- Ensure the company's administrative operations.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or any other related degree.
- Business level English proficiency, Japanese skill is a plus point.
- Min. 5 years of working experience as HR Assistant Manager in a manufacturing company.
- Experience in handling Labour Union.
- Strong leadership, good communication skill, and bright personality.
