Can use test tools such as DISC
Understand interview techniques
Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills
Accustomed to handle and execute recruitment from A - Z by yourself
Accustomed to working on all administration in HR (attendance, overtime, BPJS, etc.)
Advanced in using MS. Excel (IF, HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Pivot, SumIf, etc.)
Can work individually or collaboratively with a team
Job Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the overall business objectives.
- Talent Acquisition: Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive and productive work environment, address employee concerns, and mediate conflicts.
- Performance Management: Oversee performance reviews, provide feedback, and implement performance improvement plans.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs, design and implement development programs, and ensure employees have the skills they need.
- Compensation and Benefits: Manage employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with company goals.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
- HR Policy Development: Create, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
- HRIS Management: Oversee the use of HR information systems (HRIS) using Workday and ensure data accuracy.
- Reporting and Analysis: Track key HR metrics, analyze trends, and prepare reports for senior management.
- Managing domestic matters such as meal/catering, GA on site
- Managing and maintaining the work environment, including building rental payments, company vehicles, utilities, facilities, waste and parking
- Pay attention to and organize stationery, facilities and other infrastructure for employees including PPE and uniform needs.
