Job summary

A leading HR firm in Indonesia is seeking an experienced Human Resources Administration Officer to manage recruitment and HR functions. The ideal candidate must have a degree in Psychology or HR Management and demonstrate strong communication and analytical skills. Responsibilities include developing HR strategies, managing recruitment, facilitating employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Qualifications

  • Experience with HR administration (attendance, overtime, BPJS, etc.).

Accustomed to handle and execute recruitment from A - Z by yourself

Accustomed to working on all administration in HR (attendance, overtime, BPJS, etc.)

Advanced in using MS. Excel (IF, HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Pivot, SumIf, etc.)

Can work individually or collaboratively with a team

Job Responsibilities
  • Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the overall business objectives.
  • Talent Acquisition: Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive and productive work environment, address employee concerns, and mediate conflicts.
  • Performance Management: Oversee performance reviews, provide feedback, and implement performance improvement plans.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs, design and implement development programs, and ensure employees have the skills they need.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Manage employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with company goals.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
  • HR Policy Development: Create, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
  • HRIS Management: Oversee the use of HR information systems (HRIS) using Workday and ensure data accuracy.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Track key HR metrics, analyze trends, and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Managing domestic matters such as meal/catering, GA on site
  • Managing and maintaining the work environment, including building rental payments, company vehicles, utilities, facilities, waste and parking
  • Pay attention to and organize stationery, facilities and other infrastructure for employees including PPE and uniform needs.
