Overview

The Human Resource role is responsible for supporting the HR department in all aspects of people management within the division. This role ensures smooth HR operations by overseeing recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with company policies and labor regulations. The officer acts as a link between management and employees to foster a positive, productive, and service-oriented workplace culture.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring team members.
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
  • Support training and development initiatives to enhance staff performance.
  • Handle employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent practices.
  • Monitor attendance, scheduling, and payroll data in coordination with HR.

Qualifications
