Respond to guest messages promptly, politely, and accurately (via WhatsApp, Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, and other OTAs).
Manage pricing and unit availability across various online platforms (Airbnb, Agoda, Booking.com, Traveloka, and Direct Booking Website).
Prepare daily and monthly revenue reports, and analyze occupancy trends.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the highest service standards.
Handle multitasking with good communication and problem-solving skills.
Good Communication skills; in Bahasa Indonesia and English
